Position Overview
We are seeking an ITAM Lead to manage a client-facing IT Asset Management engagement. You will own day-to-day delivery, governance, and reporting across HAM/SAM, license compliance, and Flexera ONE platform operations, ensuring accurate asset visibility, audit readiness, and measurable optimization outcomes.
Responsibilities
Engagement Leadership
Lead ITAM service delivery for the client; manage priorities, stakeholders, and governance cadence (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
Own KPIs, service metrics, action trackers, and continuous improvement
Flexera ONE Administration & Health
Administer users/roles/access, platform configuration (out-of-the-box), connectors/agents/inventory feeds
Monitor jobs, schedules, data latency; coordinate with Flexera Support; maintain runbooks/documentation
Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Governance
Ensure inventory coverage and scan freshness; identify stale/duplicate/orphan assets
Drive normalization/reconciliation; improve owner/location/cost center completeness
Support contract/lease linkage and related reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting confidently with senior executives and clients
This is a remote position based in the United States
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (master’s degree preferred)
