Position Overview
The Gemini Enterprise Consultant – User Training Specialist is responsible for empowering organizations to adopt and effectively use the Gemini Enterprise platform. Leveraging Google's AI agents, enterprise search, and robust data integration within Google Cloud, this role focuses on structured learning, hands-on labs, and advanced technical enablement. The consultant ensures users are confident in building, deploying, and securing AI-powered solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging, customized training on Gemini Enterprise, ranging from foundational concepts to advanced AI agent development and security best practices.
  • Facilitate structured learning paths and hands-on labs, leveraging resources like Google Skills Boost, Coursera courses, and NotebookLM for practical exercises.
  • Support the GEAR (Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready) program by guiding labs and managing monthly credits for enterprise AI developers and leaders.
  • Train users on Intelligent Search, including data connector setup, action building, and search configuration for optimal enterprise search experiences.
  • Coach teams on AI agent development: building no-code agents, configuring instructions, and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
  • Demonstrate best practices for data integration and grounding with platforms like Google Drive, BigQuery, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
  • Lead sessions on prompt engineering, data analysis, and utilizing "master notebooks” for research, training, and business solution customization.
  • Educate organizations on security and governance, covering DLP rules, IAM role management, and VPC Service Controls to protect enterprise data.
  • Facilitate sandbox projects in Google Cloud to allow users to experiment with agents, data ingestion, and connector setup.
  • Provide post-training support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enablement to maximize user adoption and success.
