We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven VMS Recruiter to join a Canadian-based recruiting firm supporting high-profile enterprise clients. In this role, you will focus on sourcing and placing contract professionals through Vendor Management Systems (VMS), primarily for clients in the banking sector.
You will play a key role in managing high-volume requisitions, submitting qualified candidates within tight deadlines, and ensuring compliance with client and VMS requirements. This is a fast-paced, metrics-driven role ideal for someone with strong experience in agency recruiting and VMS environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and fulfill contract roles through VMS platforms for enterprise clients
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of roles (primarily within banking)
Submit candidates to VMS portals in a timely and accurate manner
Review job requirements and align candidate profiles to client needs
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Track submissions, interview progress, and placements using internal trackers or systems
Ensure compliance with client-specific requirements, documentation, and submission standards
Work closely with internal teams to meet submission targets and fill rates
Qualifications and Requirements:
Proven experience as a VMS Recruiter, Technical Recruiter, or Agency Recruiter
Hands-on experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.)
Experience recruiting for contract roles, ideally within banking industries
Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment and fast turnaround times
Excellent candidate screening and interviewing skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict submission guidelines
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting North American clients, particularly in Canada
Familiarity with compliance requirements for contract staffing
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting submission and placement targets
