5-10 years of experience with Oracle Cloud PPM, including at least 2 end-to-end implementations
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Project Costing, Project Billing, and Contracts
Strong knowledge of accounting principles related to projects
SQL knowledge is a plus

This is a remote position.
Oracle PPM (Project Portfolio Management) Functional Consultant with expertise in Project Costing and Billing is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud applications to manage project lifecycles. Key tasks include defining project structures, managing project expenditures, automating contract billing, and ensuring accurate revenue recognition.
Core Responsibilities:
Project Costing: Configure project foundation, WBS, resource breakdown structures, and integrate costing with Payables, Purchasing, and General Ledger.
Project Billing & Revenue: Define billing cycles, contracts, and revenue recognition methods (e.g., accrual, billing) to maximize cash flow.
Functional Setup: Configure project types, work types, rate schedules, and burdening structures.
Implementation & Support: Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, perform functional testing (UAT), and provide end-user training.
Integration Management: Ensure seamless data flow between PPM and other Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
