About the Job:

The Vertical Account Manager exists to acquire and grow revenue within established enterprise sales accounts within the claims space.

You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives. Managing territory projections and plans, and implementing sales activities that assess revenue potential, and target revenue opportunities.

  • Managing customer roadmap retention plans/actions to ensure protection of base revenue.

  • Working closely in a team environment with sales support and technical implementation employees to satisfy customer needs. This position is part of a successful comprehensive sales team including an Implementation Manager and Product Solution Specialist.

  • Creating and implementing effective account/territory plans.

  • Developing gap analysis techniques to determine incremental opportunities within existing accounts. Contact and meet with account decision makers to determine the business needs to penetrate new business opportunities.

  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

  • Insurance industry sales experience with a proven ability to engage stakeholders.
  • Claims experience is a plus.
  • Prior experience selling data solutions or SaaS solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to successfully build client relationships.
  • Display excellent project management and analytical skills.
  • Have a team mindset focused on collaboration, curiosity, and motivation to provide quality work.
  • Must be located in the Northeast region.
  • Able to travel up to 30% as required.


U.S. National Base Pay Range: $89,700 - $166,400. Total Target Cash Range: $138,000 - $256,000. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

If performed in New York, the base pay range is $98,600 - $183,000, the total target cash range is $151,800 - $281,600.If performed in New York City, the base pay range is $107,600 - $199,600, the total target cash range is $165,600 - $307,200.If performed in Rochester, NY, the base pay range is $89,700 - $166,400, the total target cash range is $138,000 - $256,000.If performed in New Jersey, the base pay range is $108,339 - $173,061, the total target cash range is $167,090 - $266,910.Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
