  • Drive Strategy Planning: define OKRs, manage business planning cycles, and refine our Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Act as an internal consultant across Sales, CS, Product, and Finance to solve critical problems and drive immediate value in short sprints.
  • Define the Operating System: create playbooks, processes, and asymmetrical bets that enable 10x scaling.
  • Make data-driven decisions: own the truth of the business and analyze data to answer key strategic questions (e.g., pricing optimization, sales funnel leakage).

Move from advising high-growth businesses -> to scaling one.

You'll sit at the intersection of every function in the business, working directly with founders to diagnose what's broken, build the fix, and navigate what happens after.

The Role

You'll work across the strategic and operational priorities of the business, moving between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance on the problems that matter most at any given time.

You'll support planning cycles, sharpen GTM thinking, and help diagnose what's creating friction across the business. Where there's a fix to be made, you'll help frame it and see it through.

You'll be the person leadership turns to when something is complex, ambiguous, or high stakes, as we scale compliance into a $50B global market.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Strategy & Planning: Work closely with leadership to define OKRs, manage business planning cycles, and refine our business and Go-To-Market strategy.

  • Act as an internal consultant: You will jump into various business functions (Sales, CS, Product, Finance) to solve their most critical problems and drive immediate value in short sprints.

  • Define the Operating System: You will define the playbooks, processes and asymmetrical bets that allow us to scale 10x.

  • Make Data-Driven Decisions: You will own the "truth" of the business. You’ll dig into data to answer key strategic questions (e.g., "How do we optimise pricing?" or "Where is the leakage in our sales funnel?").

  • Build Solutions to your Problems: If you spot a problem with a tech solution, you will have the opportunity to scope out a solution and work with our tech team to get it built

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • Bring the Consulting Toolkit: Have proven of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm (MBB or Tier 1.5), Investment Banking or high-growth scale ups. You know how to break down ambiguous problems, structure an approach, and drive to an answer.

  • Are an "Operator" at heart: You loved the strategy part of consulting but hated handing off the slides. You want to roll up your sleeves and own the execution.

  • Possess High Analytical Rigor: You're not satisfied until you've fully solved the problem, diving deep into the data, asking the right questions and fully understanding the pain point.

  • Thrive in Ambiguity: You don't need a perfectly defined brief. You can walk into a messy situation, identify the root cause, and create order from chaos.

  • Have High EQ & Influence: You can build relationships quickly with engineers, lawyers, and sales leaders alike to get things done without formal authority.

  • Are excited by AI: You are already tinkering with LLMs and thinking about how they can change the business landscape.
