Requirements:

  • Audit workflows across departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration and develop a company-wide roadmap for AI adoption
  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows, integrating AI tools into existing systems (including spreadsheets, operational tools, and internal platforms), ensuring scalability, reliability, and real-world usability
  • Lead hands-on training sessions to support cross-functional AI adoption and develop playbooks, frameworks, and documentation to enable repeatable usage; act as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and guidance on AI tools; drive sustained adoption across teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, marketing, finance, and design to align solutions with business needs, adapt workflows, measure impact, and iterate

As an AI Integration & Operations Transformation Specialist, you will play a critical role in embedding AI into day-to-day workflows across multiple business functions. You will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and real-world execution, identifying opportunities, implementing solutions, and enabling teams to adopt AI-driven workflows at scale.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong systems thinking with hands-on execution, and is comfortable operating across functions to drive meaningful operational transformation in a fast-growing environment.

Accountability

Your success as an AI Integration & Operations Transformation Specialist will be defined by the adoption, effectiveness, and scalability of AI-powered workflows across the organisation, improving efficiency, speed, and decision-making.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Discovery & AI Strategy

  • Audit workflows across departments to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
  • Develop and prioritise a company-wide roadmap for AI adoption.
  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, models, and capabilities.

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Design and implement AI-powered workflows tailored to team-specific needs.
  • Integrate AI tools into existing systems, including spreadsheets, operational tools, and internal platforms.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and usable in real-world contexts.

Enablement & Training

  • Lead hands-on training sessions to support cross-functional AI adoption.
  • Develop playbooks, frameworks, and documentation to enable repeatable usage.
  • Act as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and guidance on AI tools.
  • Drive sustained adoption and usage across teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Optimisation

  • Partner with teams across operations, marketing, finance, and design to align solutions with business needs.
  • Adapt workflows based on team requirements, skill levels, and priorities.
  • Measure impact and continuously iterate on implemented solutions.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership, acting as a key partner in driving AI adoption and operational transformation across the organization.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 3–6 years of experience in operations, consulting, product, or similar roles, with demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in business environments.
  • AI & Automation Expertise: Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms, with hands-on experience applying them to real-world use cases.
  • Systems Thinking: Proven ability to analyse workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, practical solutions.
  • Implementation & Execution: Experience translating abstract concepts into operational systems, with a strong bias toward action and delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across multiple teams, adapting solutions to different workflows, skill levels, and business needs.
  • Communication & Enablement: Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and train non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools and workflows.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
