Job Role: Graphic Designer and Video Editor 

Compensation range: 35,000 - 50,000 PHP / Monthly

Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement

Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your time.

Role Overview: We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who understands gaming culture and can create high-quality visual content for social media and marketing campaigns.

You will create graphics and short-form videos showcasing gaming PCs, components, and builds for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and website campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can meet tight deadlines, and enjoys creating engaging visuals for gaming audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Create high-quality graphics and product visuals for marketing campaigns
• Retouch and enhance PC components, RGB lighting, and product imagery
• Design banners, promotional graphics, and hero images for website and ads
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all visuals

Video Editing

• Produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Edit gaming PC showcase videos with beat-synced cuts, transitions, and effects
• Create motion graphics and text overlays highlighting product specs and features
• Adapt viral trends and social media formats for marketing campaigns

Ideal Candidate:

• Creative and proactive — able to suggest ideas and improve content quality
• Comfortable working under deadlines and producing content quickly
• Conversational English communication skills
• Willing to work Australian business hours

Bonus: Experience with gaming PCs or tech brands.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Proficient in CapCut (multiple years of experience preferred)
• Knowledge of CapCut effects, transitions, and editing tools
• Experience editing short-form social media content
• Understanding of gaming aesthetics and high-energy visual styles

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum 16GB RAM computer
• Modern processor and graphics card (2020 or newer recommended)
• Stable internet connection
• Headset with microphone for communication
