Job Type: Full-Time
Location: 100 % Remote
Working Hours: M-F (EST/PST)

Scope of the Role

The Shipping Clerk will support the operations and supply chain teams by managing the outbound and inbound flow of goods. This role ensures that shipments are processed accurately, dispatched on time, and properly documented across logistics systems.

The role also offers growth potential into more advanced supply chain functions such as chargeback management and trade spend coordination.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor outbound and inbound shipments across warehouses and distribution partners.
  • Ensure shipments are processed and dispatched on schedule.
  • Track shipments and resolve issues related to delivery delays or logistics discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipping documentation and inventory movement.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners regarding shipment status and logistics updates.
  • Support the Director of Merchandise Planning or Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations with operational reporting.
  • Assist with logistics documentation and shipment reconciliation.
  • Identify operational improvements that enhance shipping efficiency.

Potential growth responsibilities:

  • Support chargeback management processes.
  • Assist with trade spend tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in logistics optimisation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in shipping, logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Experience managing shipment documentation and tracking logistics processes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with supply chain, operations, and merchandising teams.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and logistics tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with retail or e-commerce supply chains.
  • Familiarity with chargeback processes or trade spend management.
