  • Cut, trim, subtitle, color-correct, and enhance raw footage into professional-grade videos in Spanish
  • Add graphics, transitions, text overlays, and sound design that align with Arash Law’s branding
  • Repurpose video content across multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Job description

Role: Video Editor

Location: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST (California)

Salary: To be negotiated depending on experience

Job Overview:

Arash Law is one of California’s leading personal injury law firms, known for fierce representation, client-first values, and a bold digital presence. We’re growing fast and looking to elevate our visual content across all platforms — and we need a creative, detail-oriented Spanish-speaking Video Editor to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit short and long-form video content for social media, YouTube, paid ads, testimonials, and educational content
  • Cut, trim, subtitle, color-correct, and enhance raw footage into professional-grade videos in Spanish
  • Add graphics, transitions, text overlays, and sound design that align with Arash Law’s branding
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand campaign goals and creative direction
  • Repurpose video content across multiple platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
  • Maintain a fast turnaround while staying detail-focused and organized

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Native Spanish speaker with strong writing/spelling skills (especially for subtitling)
  • 3+ years of professional video editing experience — preferably in marketing, social media, or advertising
  • Advanced skills in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, and brand consistency
  • Experience editing for Spanish-speaking audiences, ideally in LATAM markets
  • Ability to work independently, manage feedback, and meet deadlines in a remote setting
