Senior Data Product Manager – OMS Migration

What You'll do:

- Product Ownership: Serve as the primary lead for all data and analytics capabilities within the OMS migration project;

- Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a detailed data & analytics product roadmap aligned with global business goals;

- Stakeholder Management: Engage reporting and analytics stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications;

- Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on data architecture, scalability, and performance, including the integration of multiple data sources for real-time analytics;

- Delivery & Testing: Supervise development, testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

- Deployment: Lead end-user training and support deployment activities while driving continuous system improvement initiatives; 

- Full remote; 

Who You Are:

- Seniority: Minimum 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Data, or Analytics roles;

- Enterprise Expertise: Proven track record in managing large-scale enterprise transformation or migration projects;

- Technical Depth: Expertise in data modeling, reporting frameworks, and dashboard development;

- Leadership: Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills;

- Quality Assurance: Experience overseeing UAT, deployment, and comprehensive user training initiatives.

- Fluent in English; 

Nice to have

- Direct experience with OMS or large-scale Retail systems;

- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker;

- Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

- Strong executive communication and presentation skills within an Agile environment;
