What you'll do:

- Lead the design and architecture of software solutions, creating detailed architectural diagrams and documentation to guide the development process;

- Work with the Dev Lead to evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure optimal system performance and maintainability;

- Oversee the integration of various software components and systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and data exchange;

- Design scalable software architectures to handle increasing loads and expand with business needs;

- Design and implement microservices architectures, defining clear service boundaries and communication protocols;

- Work closely with development teams to provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to architectural best practices;

- Analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative solutions to improve system performance and reliability;

- Mentor and guide junior developers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning;

Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and Kotlin development

- Strong experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Azure

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies

- Good understanding of software design principles and patterns

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
