We are seeking a reliable and detail-orientedAdministrative Assistantto support a growing business specialising in high-end architectural materials, including flooring and structural elements.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys organisation, supporting operations, and working within the architecture or interior design space. You’ll play a key role in keeping day-to-day tasks running smoothly while supporting internal processes and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
●Provide general administrative support across the business ●Manage and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner ●Assist with data entry, document management, and organisation ●Work with spreadsheets (Excel) and maintain accurate records ●Support CRM management (e.g. HubSpot) ●Organise and manage files using tools like Dropbox ●Assist with project-related admin tasks as needed

Skills and Experience
