Track and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), cloud security, and incident response.
Support post-incident reviews and ensure learnings are integrated into processes.
Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the DevOps organization.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex software development or DevOps projects in a cloud-based environment.
Proven ability to deliver projects across greenfield development, maintenance, and migration contexts.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Exceptional communication skills for coordinating diverse technical teams and reporting to senior leadership.
Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
