Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and inbox coordination.
  • Prepare and format documents and presentations.
  • Maintain organized systems, files, and records.
  • Coordinate meetings, bookings, and team logistics.
  • Support daily administrative tasks across the business.
  • Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination.

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
  • 2+ years experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities or stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting consultants or small teams.
  • Experience working in remote environments.
