Roles & Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field; a Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a strong plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is required; ITIL or Change Management certification is highly preferred
5–7 years of hands-on IT/IS Project Management experience leading enterprise software implementation projects and business carve-out/demerger IT projects, with direct experience managing EHS/OHS management system implementations
Direct experience with Intelex EHS/OHS platform including its modules, data architecture, and administration; data migration or system replacement experience is a critical advantage

Requirements:

Lead and manage enterprise software implementation projects for the OHS/EHS management system (Intelex) from planning to go-live and post-implementation support
Oversee IT carve-out/demerger projects, data separation, and platform migration in a corporate environment, including dependency management and regulatory considerations
Ensure compliance with global and local OHS/EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, HSE, ISO 45001, GDPR for safety data) and enable regulatory reporting within the system
Coordinate with stakeholders across Poland, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, and Bulgaria to govern scope, schedule, budget, and risk; deliver the project remotely under a contract-based arrangement

Job description

Role: IS Project Manager – OHS Management System

Employment: Contract

Location: Poland,Serbia, Hungary , Romania, Bulgaria - Remote

Skills:

Mandatory Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field; Master’s degree in Project Management or Business Administration is a strong plus.
Project Management Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or CSM certification is required; certification in ITIL or Change Management is highly preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience as an IT/IS Project Manager, with a proven track record leading enterprise software implementation projects and business carve-out/demerger IT projects; direct experience managing EHS/OHS management system implementations is mandatory.
Legacy System Experience: Direct working knowledge of the Intelex EHS/OHS platform (including its modules, data architecture, and administration) is required; experience with Intelex data migration or system replacement is a critical advantage.
Carve-Out Expertise: Demonstrated experience leading IT system carve-outs, data separation, and platform migration projects in a corporate demerger/carve-out environment; understanding of carve-out legal, financial, and operational dependencies.
OHS Compliance Knowledge: Strong working understanding of global and local OHS/EHS regulations and standards (e.g., OSHA, HSE, ISO 45001, GDPR for safety data) and how OHS management systems support regulatory reporting and compliance.
