5-7 years of professional experience as an IT/IS Project Manager, with proven track record leading enterprise SaaS software implementation projects (CLM, contract management, or legal tech)
Experience leading enterprise software tool selection and RFP/RFI processes for business-critical applications, including vendor evaluation and negotiation
Formal project management certification (PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2) and hands-on experience with PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms

Requirements:

Lead enterprise SaaS CLM/contract management or legal tech implementation projects from initiation to deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
Oversee software tool selection and RFP/RFI processes, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract finalization
Manage IT project governance, risk, budget, and change management; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and resources
Collaborate with system integrations (CRM, ERP, e-signature platforms like DocuSign/Adobe Sign) to ensure CLM core functionalities are effectively implemented and adopted

Job description

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience as an IT/IS Project Manager, with a proven track record of leading enterprise SaaS software implementation projects (CLM, contract management, or legal tech implementation experience is highly preferred).
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise software tool selection and RFP/RFI processes for business-critical applications, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
Formal project management certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM, or PRINCE2 certification is required.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and collaboration platforms.
Working knowledge of CLM core functionalities, contract lifecycle processes, and common integrations (CRM, ERP, e-signature tools like DocuSign/Adobe Sign).
Strong understanding of IT project governance, risk management, budget management, and change management principles.
