Proven experience supporting enterprise software tool selection, RFP/RFI support, and vendor requirement validation for business applications; strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and corporate compliance
Proficiency in business analysis techniques and tools (requirements documentation, process mapping via Visio/Lucidchart, UAT, and gap analysis); working knowledge of CLM platforms, CRM/ERP, and e-signature integration; strong written and verbal communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for CLM/contract management implementations and related enterprise software projects
Support software tool selection, RFP/RFI processes, and vendor evaluation to ensure alignment with business needs
Coordinate process mapping, gap analysis, and UAT, ensuring requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (legal, procurement, IT) to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and ensure CLM system integrations with CRM/ERP and e-signature solutions meet requirements
