Why Team Global Express?
We are transforming — rapidly and purposefully. You will join a Safety & Legal function that is evolving its systems, capability, and ways of working, supported by leaders who value insight, innovation, and meaningful impact.
Data. Systems. Safety. No Compromise.
You will operate at the intersection of safety, data, and digital transformation — translating HSE information into meaningful insight that drives action and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Owning, administering, and enhancing the HSE and safety systems ecosystem (including SAI360/Evotix, Power BI, SharePoint, Chemwatch, and related platforms).
Developing and delivering accurate, timely reporting to support HSE performance, NHVL, and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) obligations, including assurance insights, trend analysis, and regulatory readiness.
Transforming complex HSE datasets into clear, actionable intelligence to support operational, tactical, and strategic decision-making.
Designing and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools that are practical, intuitive, and widely adopted across the business.
Identifying leading indicators and emerging trends across safety, health, and environment before they result in incidents, non-compliance, or system failures.
Supporting evidence-based HSE decision-making at operational, leadership, and executive levels.
Driving continuous improvement of HSE systems, data governance, and reporting processes in alignment with ISO 45001 and broader management system principles.
In addition to core systems and reporting responsibilities, this role provides opportunities to contribute to broader HSE and Safety Programs and cross-functional projects. This includes supporting the ongoing development, integration, and maturity of the HSE Management System, working collaboratively with program owners, safety leaders, operational teams, and assurance functions.
What You Bring
You bring strong technical capability, coupled with curiosity, commercial awareness, and a continual improvement mindset.
Essential requirements:
5+ years’ experience in data analytics and reporting, preferably within an HSE context in Transport, Supply Chain, or Logistics environments
Tertiary qualification in HSE, Risk, Engineering, or a related discipline, with demonstrated application of ISO 45001, continuous improvement, and innovative safety system design
Strong capability in Power BI and safety systems administration
Experience with HSE platforms such as Evotix, INX, Chemwatch, Intelex, or similar
Ability to translate technical data into compelling insights that influence decisions
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity
A mindset that constructively challenges, improves, and evolves systems and processes
The Edge We’re Looking For
You are driven to improve HSE data and systems
You are independent, take ownership and act proactively
You care about real HSE outcomes, not just compliance or reporting
You understand that every data point represents real-world risk, accountability, and impact
Bottom Line
If you are looking for a role where you can shape how safety data, systems, and programs strengthen decision-making and HSE performance at scale, this opportunity delivers.
