CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle Fusion Technical Lead position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months, contract to hire
Duties:
Lead technical architecture and delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions across Finance, Procurement, and FAH.
Oversee RICEW development: integrations, reports, extensions, conversions, and workflows.
Architect integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and file-based flows.
Manage data pipelines with Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), ODI, and ADW.
Review technical designs, FBDI/ADFDI processes, BI reports, and custom extensions.
Mentor technical teams, enforce standards, and ensure delivery quality.
Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates, data migration, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare.
Skills & Experience:
15+ years Oracle ERP experience; 7–10+ years Fusion Cloud technical leadership.
Strong OIC, FDI/ODI/ADW, SQL/PLSQL, JSON, XML, and XSLT expertise.
Experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI/ADFDI, and Fusion data models across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO, SSP, PPM, FAH.
Proven leadership in technical teams, code review, and large-scale ERP program delivery.
Preferred certifications: Oracle Integration Cloud, FDI/ADW, Technical/BI Cloud certifications.
Education:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $63.00 to $71.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
