Roles & Responsibilities

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer delivering group sales training focused on computer hardware in enterprise/B2B contexts.
  • Proven B2B sales track record in computers, printers, and laptops to senior- and C-suite–level executives, with demonstrated leadership by managing a sales team in the computer hardware sector.
  • Experience delivering virtual group sales training sessions (e.g., Zoom) and a strong ability to develop the soft skills of sales leaders.
  • Bilingual with native Cantonese and fluent English; based in Hong Kong and available on an as-needed basis for a Q3 project (May–July).

Requirements:

  • Deliver impactful group sales training programs tailored for computer hardware sales to enterprise-level clients.
  • Lead virtual group training sessions (e.g., Zoom) and facilitate engaging, outcomes-focused sales training.
  • Coach and develop sales leaders and teams, enhancing soft skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to support a remote Q3 delivery in Hong Kong (May–July) on an as-needed basis.

Are you a dynamic Sales Trainer with a proven track record in Computer Hardware Sales to large organizations? We are seeking a seasoned professional to join us for this project who brings direct experience in B2B sales of computers, printers, and laptops at an enterprise level. As a qualified candidate, you not only have a successful history of selling computer hardware solutions to senior and C-suite level executives but have also demonstrated your leadership prowess by managing a Sales Team within the computer hardware sector.


Beyond individual sales experience, you also have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sales Trainer delivering impactful group sales training, specifically tailored for those engaged in the sale of computers. You have experience leading virtual group sales training sessions, utilizing platforms like Zoom, and your passion for enhancing the soft skills of sales leaders sets you apart.
