Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in B2B dental or healthcare sales, with ability to cover a territory in Western Australia (WA) and base in Perth
  • Proven ability to analyze territory sales trends, plan sales activities, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Strong contract negotiation and management skills, including negotiating new agreements, managing renewals, and coordinating contract implementation with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent relationship-building and prospecting skills, with ability to identify prospective customers, convert competitors' customers, and develop thought leader relationships to expand market share

Job Description:

Responsible for achieving or exceeding sales and service goals mainly in dental clinics and/or dental laboratories within an assigned territory covering WA. This role is critical in promoting Nobel Biocare products, solutions and services to existing and potential new customers within the framework of organizational policies and directives. This role is based in Perth.

Job Requirements:

* Analyse and assess customer and territory sales trends constantly and report periodically. Plan sales activity based on territory needs to ensure that territory attains or exceeds assigned monthly, quarterly and/or annual sales goals.

* Responsible for supporting and often negotiating new agreements; manage existing agreements including contract renewals.  Coordinate contract implementation with the head of sales, marketing, customer service and warehousing. Clearly communicate the packages sold into large or major accounts.

* Identify and maintain regular contact with prospective customers; develop and implement creative strategies aimed at converting these prospective customers from competition to a new customer.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders. Utilize these relationships to expand market share.

* Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information of interest to company or to customers.
