What you’ll be doing
✨ Designing and shaping scalable Salesforce solutions that support a rapidly evolving global business
🔧 Building elegant, maintainable features using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
🔗 Developing robust integrations with key platforms and tools to keep data flowing smoothly across the organization
⚙️ Automating and optimizing processes that enhance operational efficiency
🛠️ Troubleshooting, improving performance, and ensuring our systems are resilient and reliable
🤝 Partnering with administrators, product teams, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high‑quality solutions
📚 Creating clear documentation, contributing to enablement, and helping elevate technical standards
🌱 Mentoring teammates and contributing to a strong, supportive technical culture

What you’ll bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Substantial hands‑on Salesforce development experience across Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Proven ability to design clean, scalable, well‑structured solutions
- Demonstrated skill in building and maintaining integrations across systems
- Strong problem‑solving instincts, with the ability to diagnose issues and deliver pragmatic fixes

Compensation & Benefits
💰 Salary: $95,000 – $120,000+ (depending on experience)

Background checks
As part of our hiring process, we are required to undertake pre-employment checks on all candidates that are successful in their application with Pax8.
