As our Channel Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person helping our 40,000+ MSP partners bring cutting-edge cloud solutions to life for their customers. You’ll work across a massive ecosystem of over 140 SaaS vendors — think of yourself as the cloud matchmaker, sales strategist, and trusted advisor, all in one.
Every day, you’ll guide partners through the cloud sales cycle — qualifying opportunities, demoing solutions, closing deals, and high-fiving (virtually or in real life). Your work directly grows Pax8’s Cloud Marketplace footprint, and more importantly, empowers small to mid-sized businesses with the tools they need to thrive.
Own your 30/60/90-day sales funnel like a boss – qualifying leads, building pipeline, and closing deals that actually matter
Strategize with partner sales teams to spark new opportunities and drive real business outcomes
Serve as a cloud tech whisperer – translating customer needs into smart, scalable solutions
Team up with other CAMs to share knowledge, support complex deals, and lift everyone’s game
Train new CAMs and show them what greatness looks like (yes, you’ll be that good)
Be bilingual (French/English) – preferred not required
Love a challenge, enjoy healthy competition, and play well with others
Have a proven track record of meeting or beating revenue targets
Be fearless on cold calls and comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving sales environment
Understand (or be willing to learn quickly) how cloud services like Productivity, Infrastructure, Continuity, and Security help businesses grow
Prior experience with SaaS sales required - preferably in the MSP Channel
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
Within 90 Days, you’ll:
Be fully ramped on Pax8’s sales methodology
Independently manage your pipeline and close your first deals
Build strong relationships with 10–15 partners
Within 120 Days, you’ll:
Consistently hit your monthly revenue goals
Be seen as a trusted resource by both partners and internal teams
Start mentoring newer CAMs
By 6–12 Months, you’ll:
Have a thriving book of business with recurring revenue
Be leading strategic sales conversations across product lines
Help shape our go-to-market strategies with partner feedback
