You’ll shape market‑defining partnerships, influence global growth strategy, and help build the blueprint for how Pax8 and our vendors innovate together. What you’ll be doing
✨ Lead strategic vendor partnerships — Shape long‑term partnership strategies, strengthen executive‑level relationships, and ensure global alignment across stakeholders.
🚀 Drive joint GTM strategies — Co‑create market‑expanding GTM motions, investment models, and growth initiatives that elevate vendor performance across Pax8’s Marketplace.
📊 Optimize performance & monetization — Analyze key metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and refine investment and profitability strategies.
🤝 Enable cross‑functional collaboration — Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and regional teams to build clarity, momentum, and shared execution.
🧭 Partner as a trusted advisor — Bring strategic insights, thought leadership, and executive presence to guide partnerships through rapid growth and global expansion.
🔧 Champion operational excellence — Support decision‑making with clear analysis, manage ROB cadences, and ensure consistent planning across global regions.

You’ll help define strategic standards for the vendor alliances team and create a lasting blueprint for global vendor engagement.
What you’ll bring
- Extensive experience working in strategic partnerships, business development, or cloud ecosystem roles.
- Proven success developing executive relationships and leading impactful joint strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to build compelling business cases and navigate complex, global stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial and analytical strengths, with comfort analyzing margin, investment, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication and presence, especially when influencing without authority.
- A blend of strategic thinking and operational discipline, with the ability to create clarity amid ambiguity.
- Strong technical and business fluency, especially with cloud technologies and the Microsoft ecosystem.
- A collaborative, proactive, self‑starter mindset, with the confidence to lead at pace.

Compensation & Benefits
Qualified candidates can expect a compensation range of $122,764 to $175,378, depending on experience.

Background checks
