Senior Design Coordinator – Interior Fit-Out (Millwork & Stone/Marble)

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Design Coordinator with strong expertise in interior fit-out works, particularly in millwork, stone, and marble installations. The ideal candidate must have overseas project experience and be capable of coordinating complex design details for high-end projects such as hotels, casinos, luxury retail, or large commercial developments.

This is a remote/work-from-home position, and the candidate must be available to join immediately and not currently engaged in any other employment or freelance work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and review interior fit-out design drawings and shop drawings
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and design intent
• Manage coordination between architectural, millwork, and stone/marble packages
• Review and resolve design conflicts and technical issues
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely submission and approval of drawings
• Support the team in preparing detailed technical documentation and revisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Design Coordinator or similar role in interior fit-out projects
• Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Senior Design Coordinator in interior fit-out projects
• Strong experience in millwork, joinery, and stone/marble works
• Overseas project experience is required
• Specific overseas project experience in Middle East/Asia regions is required
• Strong understanding of shop drawings, construction drawings, and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software
• Proficiency in both AutoCAD and Revit design software is required
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must have reliable wired internet connection and a capable computer setup
• Must be available to start immediately
• Must not be currently engaged in any other work
