Job description

What You'll Do:

Manage projects and handle the communication with client to ensure all instructions are executed.

Key Responsibilities:

Including but not limited to:

Managing projects:

Adding the project on Transparent software.
Deliver projects on time.
Adding the PO on transparent.
Conduct QA using CAT tools.
Estimate deadline.

Handling communication with customers

Handle different communications with the client regarding: new project, opportunities, feedback, queries, Pos, and invoices.
Handle positive and negative feedback.
Follow up on feedback implementation.

What You Bring to the Table:

Excellent English skills.
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Localization industry Experience is a MUST
CAT and project management tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
