Job description

In 2017, our founders started Sarwa due to a lack of financial services offered to most of the world, and out of a need to help empower people in the region to invest in their financial future. Sarwa is poised to continue growing into the go-to platform for people to grow their wealth.

We do this through expert, affordable and easy investing. We're a small team working on the region's first and fastest growing investment and personal finance platform, making investing easy, low-cost and transparent, with a human touch woven into every step of the process.

We are a remote-first team. Where you choose to work is up to you, we have an office in Abu Dhabi that you can utilise as often or as little as you'd like.

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to help drive the full-funnel growth. You’ll own and optimise paid and lifecycle campaigns, experiment across channels, and look for ways to improve acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll work closely with Growth, Product and Creative to test ideas and refine the user journey.

The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and comfortable owning performance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels.

  • Lead lifecycle channels: email, push, and in-app, and continuously optimise for activation and engagement through A/B testing.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop ads and visuals across multiple lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and insights.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in growth/performance marketing, at a B2C company (startup experience preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage paid campaigns end-to-end.

  • Strong understanding of core growth metrics.

  • Comfortable working with analytics and attribution tools Metabase, Amplitude, GA4, Adjust, etc).

  • Strong ability to craft effective messaging across ads and lifecycle touchpoints.

  • Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities and deliver independently.

  • Strong interest in financial markets is a plus.

  • Arabic language skills are a plus.
