  • Maintain 10-15 active opportunities at various stages; manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and territory planning with discipline
  • Represent Event Temple in the EMEA market; travel up to one week per month to advance key deals, generate pipeline, and support rollouts

The Opportunity
You’ll own net-new revenue for the EMEA region. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role focused on outbound-led acquisition. You’ll target individual hotels and management groups, run structured sales cycles, and land multi-property rollouts. You won’t inherit a territory; you’ll build one.

What You’ll Do:

Pipeline & Prospecting

  • Build and manage a self-generated pipeline across EMEA
  • Prioritize outbound sequences into hotel groups, owners, RDOS, and GMs
  • Identify expansion potential early and drive land-and-expand motions

Sales Execution

  • Run full-cycle SaaS sales: discovery, demo, solution mapping, commercial review, negotiation
  • Multi-thread across Sales, Revenue, Operations, GMs, Ownership, and C-level
  • Deliver business-case-focused demos that tie outcomes to revenue, cost, and productivity

Deal Management

  • Maintain 10-15 active opportunities at various stages
  • Keep deals moving through structured stages with strong follow-through
  • Manage forecasting, pipeline reviews, and territory planning with discipline

EMEA Strategy & Field Work

  • Represent Event Temple with owners and management groups across Europe
  • Join select industry events and partner meetings to accelerate pipeline
  • Travel up to one week per month to advance key deals, generate pipeline, and support rollouts

A Week in This Role Might Look Like:

  • Multiple outbound-led demos with individual hotels or management groups
  • Targeted outbound touches into ICP accounts
  • Advancing several active cycles toward commercial alignment
  • On-site or virtual deep-dives with GMs, sales/revenue leaders, or ownership teams
  • Identifying expansion opportunities inside early-stage rollouts

What You Bring:

Experience

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience with consistent net-new wins
  • Hospitality or travel-tech experience is an advantage, but strong SaaS hunters succeed here
  • Comfort selling into complex, multi-stakeholder environments
  • Ability to build pipeline from scratch and drive outbound-led motions

Skills & Mindset

  • Strong discovery and demo capability with a consultative, outcome-first style
  • Comfortable running owner- and GM-level conversations
  • Structured and disciplined in forecasting, CRM hygiene, and follow-through
  • Autonomous, proactive, and confident operating in a developing territory
  • Creative in opening doors and navigating multi-property opportunities

Required

  • English fluency required; proficiency in Dutch or German is preferred.
  • Ability to travel across Europe
  • Comfortable operating as a remote contractor
  • High personal accountability and a strong closer mentality
