Fractional Head of Growth — Healthcare Digital Marketing Agency

Location: Remote (US-based only); Chicago Hybrid Candidate preferred
Type: Fractional / Part-time (10–20 hrs/week) with performance upside
Compensation: Base retainer + Profit share

Practice Tech Solutions (PTS) is a healthcare-focused digital marketing division inside Neolytix, a profitable healthcare services company with 220+ employees, 270+ clients. We already have:
What we don’t have: A senior growth leader who can take this from a service line to a scaled agency business.
If you’ve helped build an agency before—or wished you could do it with less risk—this is your shot. You’re not starting from zero. You’re inheriting infrastructure, clients, and execution capacity. Your job is to define the strategy, build the engine, and grow the revenue.
What Makes This Different
Equity-like upside without the equity risk. You’ll receive a base retainer plus a share of revenue/profit growth you create. Hit milestones, earn more. Exceed them, earn significantly more. This isn’t vague “performance bonus” language—we’ll define clear metrics and percentages together.
Healthcare is sticky. Medical practices don’t churn like e-commerce clients. They need long-term partners. This means higher LTV, better margins, and predictable recurring revenue.
You’re not building the plane while flying it. The delivery team exists. The infrastructure exists. You’re designing the strategy and growth engine, not doing the work yourself.
