How to Manage a Small Law Firm (HTM) is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who understands that the most effective way to close a deal is to be the only person in the room brave enough to tell the truth. We aren't looking for a "pitchman." We are looking for a Decision Guide—a professional who can lead an entrepreneurial law firm owner through a diagnostic breakthrough and move them to action.
This is a consultative, high-ticket enrollment role. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from initial discovery to the final "yes."
This role is for the 1% of sales professionals who treat selling as a professional service. You are motivated by your commission check, but you are driven by the "win" of a perfectly diagnosed fit.
