Job description

Snappy is an all-in-one gifting platform, harnessing the power of experience and delight to connect people worldwide. We help organizations send fun, meaningful, and memorable gifts to their employees and customers. Our 10,000+ customers include leading organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, Walmart, and Salesforce, and more than 50% of the Fortune 100.

Snappy is looking for a Lead Product Manager, Swag to join our Tel Aviv product team and take end-to-end ownership of our Swag product line - one of Snappy’s most strategic and fastest-growing product lines. This is a senior individual contributor role with broad ownership, high autonomy, and significant business impact.

In this role, you will define and drive the product strategy for physical merchandise and branded swag across the entire lifecycle: supplier onboarding, catalog quality, pricing, customization, logistics, sender and recipient experience, and internal operational tooling. You will work at the intersection of user experience, marketplace, supply chain, personalization, and generative AI, helping Snappy scale a best-in-class Swag experience for enterprise customers.

You will

  • Own the Swag product strategy end-to-end, defining the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for Snappy’s physical gifting and merchandise offering.

  • Drive the use of generative AI across the Swag domain - including the design journey, personalization, recommendations, quality control, content generation, and internal automation.

  • Lead the evolution of Snappy’s Swag marketplace, including supplier tooling, catalog quality, pricing, inventory signals, customization flows, and fulfillment experiences.

  • Partner closely with R&D to design scalable, flexible product solutions that balance customer experience, operational efficiency, and supplier realities.

  • Measure success through a rigorous approach to data and analytics, continuously iterating to improve conversion, satisfaction, margin, and scalability.

  • Work directly with Operations, Go-to-Market, and Marketing to support enterprise deals, unlock new use cases, and ensure seamless execution.

  • Deeply understand customer needs through research, data analysis, and direct customer engagement, translating insights into high-impact product decisions.

  • Define clear product requirements and narratives, from PRDs to interactive prototypes that align stakeholders and accelerate execution.

  • Act as a senior product leader and thought partner to our Swag business lead, raising the bar for product thinking, craft, and decision-making across the organization.

You have

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with ownership of complex, cross-functional product areas.

  • Proven experience building products in marketplaces, e-commerce, supply-chain-adjacent, or operationally complex domains.

  • Strong product instincts combined with analytical rigor and comfort working with data.

  • Demonstrated experience (or strong intuition) for applying generative AI to real-world product problems.

  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.

  • Comfortable operating as a senior IC: setting direction independently, going deep into details, and owning outcomes.

  • Technical fluency and strong collaboration skills with engineering and data teams.
