Job description

About Hugel

Founded in 2001, Hugel
is a South Korea–based global leader in medical aesthetics, specializing in the development and commercialization of botulinum toxin, hyaluronic acid fillers, skin boosters, threads, and biocosmetics. Over the past two decades, Hugel has built a strong global footprint, with commercial presence in approximately 70 countries and operations across nine international subsidiaries.

Leveraging strong global momentum, Hugel Aesthetics was formed as the Company’s dedicated North American business unit, established to lead commercialization in the United States, Canada and Australia. Backed by Hugel’s global scale and expertise, Hugel Aesthetics is a well-resourced, growth-oriented organization focused on expanding access to Letybo and establishing a strong, long-term presence in medical aesthetics.

Company Culture

We are building our U.S. organization from the ground up, creating a culture that is intentionally different from traditional, highly layered companies. This is a rare opportunity to join at an early stage and help shape not only the business, but the way we work, lead, and grow together.

Our culture is rooted in high ownership, collaboration, and the belief that every voice matters. We value people who bring ideas, take initiative, and want a true seat at the table. In this environment, individuals are empowered to make an impact, move with agility, and help build what comes next.

Above all, we are deeply customer focused. We are committed to earning trust, building long-term partnerships, and delivering meaningful value through science, transparency, and integrity.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, embraces ambiguity, and is energized by the opportunity to build, contribute, and grow alongside a team that is creating something special

About This Role

The Director of National Accounts will play a central role in shaping Hugel’s national accounts strategy, commercial model, and long-term growth in the U.S. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, execution-driven sales leader who wants to be part of building something meaningful.

You will lead how we engage and grow national accounts by bringing a disciplined, customer-centric model to a space that has historically over-promised and under-delivered.

What You Will Do

National Account Strategy

  • Define and execute a differentiated national accounts strategy aligned with Hugel’s growth objectives and customer philosophy.
  • Shape how Hugel engages with strategic, multi-site aesthetic accounts in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Partner with the VP of Sales and leadership team to influence commercial strategy and execution.
  • Help shape how Hugel competes in a landscape of PE-backed platforms, MSOs, IDNs, and multi-site groups.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing team of National Account Managers.
  • Set a high bar for performance, ownership, and execution.
  • Build a culture grounded in integrity, accountability, and customer focus.

Account Acquisition & Partnership

  • Build and maintain relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders across national accounts.
  • Negotiate and close complex, high-value agreements.
  • Develop long-term plans to deepen and expand key account partnerships over time.

Account Performance & Execution

  • Drive adoption and expansion of Letybo across national accounts as the foundational product.
  • Ensure strong alignment between contracting, onboarding, training, and field execution.
  • Own accountability for post-contract performance, utilization, and share of wallet growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver value beyond product and price.
  • Represent Hugel at key industry conferences and trade show events to deepen relationships and drive brand presence.
  • Lay the foundation for future portfolio integration as Hugel’s U.S. product offering evolves.

Business Planning & Analytics

  • Leverage data and analytics tools to identify opportunities, gaps, and performance drivers.
  • Lead business reviews and strategic account planning sessions.
  • Continuously refine approach based on market feedback and results.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales management.
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Demonstrated success in national or strategic accounts and complex enterprise selling.
  • Experience working with multi-site groups, PE-backed platforms, MSOs, or IDNs.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into commercial results.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
