TE Wire and Cable is hiring an Outside Sales Representative who thrives on hard work, collaboration, and winning. We seek self-motivated individuals who are hungry and passionate about sales. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll enjoy the freedom of working remotely while being part of a collaborative and supportive team. At TE Wire, we recognize and reward exceptional performance. Major Tasks include:

  • Identify and properly qualify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other members of the sales team as needed to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Educate customers on how our products can benefit them.
  • Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and grow the book of business.
  • Follow industry trend to identify new opportunities for potential sales.   

Requirements:

  • Location: Remote
  • Experience in Aerospace/Space industry required.
  • Background in wire and cable industry is a plus.
  • Prior experience with customer communications and business presentations.
  • Ability to adapt and learn on the go while maintaining strong organization and the need to meet specific deadlines and goals. 
  • Ability to work in an independent self-starter environment while communicating timely with the office.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience with ability to meet sales goals.
  • Up to 50% travel is required.

Pay Range:

80,000.00 - 120,000.00
