Our client operates a growing podcast network focused on business and professional audiences, managing a high volume of episodes across multiple shows each month. They have built strong internal systems and automations for production and are now looking for someone to own the final stages of the workflow, ensuring every episode is accurate, organized, and delivered smoothly.

The Podcast Production Coordinator will manage the final stages of podcast production, ensuring every episode and related asset is reviewed, organized, and fully ready for publishing. This role is centered on quality control, workflow coordination, and light editing support, with a strong emphasis on maintaining consistency across multiple shows in a high-volume production environment.
Review completed podcast episodes to ensure audio and video quality meet publishing standards.
Identify missed edits, incorrect segments, formatting inconsistencies, or delivery issues before release.
Make light editing adjustments when needed, including small cuts and minor corrections.
Manage the workflow from post-recording through final delivery across multiple episodes.
Ensure all episodes are properly processed, finalized, and delivered on time for publishing.
Track episode progress carefully to prevent delays or missed deliverables.
Organize and maintain all final content assets, including videos, clips, and production files.
Verify that all required materials are complete and aligned with publishing requirements.
Maintain consistency in naming conventions, file organization, and delivery standards across all shows.
Handle light communication with guests for approvals, minor requests, and follow-up needs.
Coordinate requested changes and ensure adjustments are completed accurately and on time.
Make quick adjustments to content when minor issues arise before publishing.
Support the production team with fast-turnaround edits when needed.
1 to 3 years of experience in content coordination, podcast production, or media operations.
Experience working with audio and video content workflows in a production environment.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Comfortable using editing tools such as Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools for light editing tasks.
Strong written communication skills for guest coordination and follow-ups.
Ability to manage multiple content pieces simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
Episodes are consistently reviewed, finalized, and delivered without errors.
Production workflows remain smooth and reliable from recording through publishing.
Asset organization stays accurate across all shows.
Guest requests and revisions are handled quickly and effectively.
Minimal last-minute issues or missed production details.
