Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Here’s what you’ll do:

• You’re the Captain of the Ship: You plan, allocate and manage all project resources. You guide team members to produce high quality work
  

• You build relationships and connect people: You’re a liaison, interacting with a diverse range of people including Developers, Business Analysts & Clients to understand their needs, validate designs & deliver solutions on time
  

• You talk to our clients and set expectations to keep them happy: You’re an effective communicator, who prioritizes and manages multiple tasks; ensuring our clients achieve their goals
  

• You make Salesforce uncomplicated and intuitive for clients: You facilitate process discussions and run user experience sessions with our clients helping them better understand and adopt our solutions.
  

• You find people you want to work with: You’re an eagle-eyed individual who helps us identify and hire talented individuals

Requirements

It'll be awesome if you ...

• Have 8+ years of work experience with exposure to IT Project Life-cycle
  

• Have good experience in managing and implementing software projects end to end
  

• Have managed clients relationships and expectations
  

• Lead teams through a project cycle
  

• Ability to lead client discussions and present effectively

• Having working experience in ERP/CRM
  

• Worked on salesforce clouds like Sales cloud,Service cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Non Profit Cloud, CPQ, etc
