CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle Fusion Procure-To-Pay (PTP) Functional Consultant position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months, contract to hire
Role Overview:
Lead Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business process discovery, functional design, and Oracle Fusion Procurement implementation. Collaborate with business stakeholders, integration, and change management teams to deliver standardized, scalable solutions across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead workshops and document “as-is” and “to-be” P2P processes (PO, AP, SSP).
Define functional requirements and validate Business Process Design (BPD) and Functional Design Specifications (FDS).
Analyze integration touchpoints and support RICEW estimation and regression testing.
Identify global vs. regional process variations and recommend standardization.
Collaborate with Data Migration, Integration, and OCM teams to align requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
15+ years Oracle ERP experience, 7+ years Oracle Fusion Procurement (PO, AP, SSP).
Strong Procure-to-Pay process knowledge, capital procurement, and supplier invoice management.
Experience with Oracle EPM (EPBCS) integration, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), multi-region rollouts.
Excellent documentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
Oracle Cloud Procurement certification preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $63.00 to $71.00/hour. Salary offers are based on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
