Description:

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant (Certified – Global Implementations) position for our client.

 

Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) implementations end-to-end

  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and configure EC (Business Rules, Workflows, Position Management, MDF)

  • Drive solution design workshops and act as primary client-facing consultant

  • Manage integrations (internal/external) and support data migration activities

  • Oversee testing (SIT/UAT), troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful deployment

  • Provide training and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Experience:

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification

  • 5+ years leading large-scale global SF implementations

  • Strong hands-on EC configuration experience

  • Expertise in Core HR processes and EC integrations

  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85.00 to $95.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
