CTG is seeking to fill an ADMS / OMS Consultant (Utility Grid Systems) position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Responsibilities:
Lead OMS configuration: crew management, customer communications, ETR, outage lifecycle.
Align workflows with operators and field crews for compliance.
Support system integration with CIS, AMI, GIS, SCADA.
Validate network models and conduct OMS testing/troubleshooting.
Provide operator training and go-live support.
Serve as ADMS/OMS SME, with AspenTech OSI expertise.
Requirements:
5+ years OMS consulting experience in utility operations and outage management.
Strong knowledge of ADMS/OMS platforms, ICCP/DMS/MultiSpeak integration.
Hands-on experience with system testing, troubleshooting, and operator training.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Relevant certifications in utility systems or ADMS/OMS platforms are a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $58.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
