Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience delivering high-performance, high-concurrency systems at a major tech company or financial institution
  • Hands-on experience with high-frequency trading systems or crypto exchange matching engines and optimizing for ultra-low latency
  • Strong expertise in low-latency infrastructure optimization, including CPU cache, network stacks, and kernel-level tuning
  • Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead an elite engineering team with strong architecture governance and measurable performance improvements

Requirements:

  • Lead the architecture design and delivery of the next-generation matching engine, covering matching model, order book data structures, memory management, and lock-free concurrency
  • Define and enforce latency and throughput standards, quantifying TPS, P99/P999 latency, and push the team to approach physical limits
  • Build high-availability disaster recovery and end-to-end fault-tolerance, including multi-active architectures and business continuity for zero downtime under extreme conditions
  • Build and lead a world-class engineering team, cultivating engineering culture and elevating the team's capabilities through deep technical leadership

1、大厂中负责高性能,高并发系统的
2、传统金融负责高频交易系统的(HFT 做市商、衍生品交易所、清算系统)
3、Crypto顶级交易所负责撮合引擎和高并发优化的
4、低延迟基础设施(交易所技术服务商、金融云基础设施)负责底层优化的

核心职责
  • 主导新一代撮合引擎的架构设计与落地:从撮合模型、订单簿数据结构到内存管理与无锁并发,全程负责最高技术决策,对系统核心性能指标直接担责。
  • 建立延迟与吞吐的极致工程标准:定义并量化 TPS、P99/P999 延迟等核心指标,通过技术手段驱动团队持续逼近物理极限,打破性能天花板。
  • 构建高可用灾备与全链路故障恢复机制:设计多活架构与业务连续性方案,确保系统在极端行情冲击、硬件损坏或网络分区等极端场景下实现“零中断”。
  • 搭建并领航一流工程团队:输出顶级的工程师文化,通过技术深度与工程方法论带动团队整体维度的能力升级。
