We are seeking a Freelance Business Development Consultant with hands-on experience in selling outsourcing services across KPO, RPO, and BPO domains. This is a high-impact, execution-driven role focused on building a practical go-to-market strategy and initiating real business opportunities, especially with international clients. The role is ideal for professionals who have directly contributed to pipeline generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in outsourcing or offshore services. You will work closely with leadership to define market entry strategies, shape service offerings, and guide actionable steps toward acquiring clients. This is not a theoretical advisory role—it requires practical insights, real-world experience, and the ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

  • Define a clear and actionable go-to-market strategy for outsourcing services, including identifying target geographies, industries, and ideal client profiles.
  • Recommend niche service offerings that are easier to sell and align with market demand, including structuring service packages and pricing models (hourly, FTE, retainer, or project-based).
  • Drive business development direction by outlining practical approaches for pipeline creation, including outbound lead generation, client outreach, and conversion strategies.
  • Provide guidance on positioning and messaging across channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, and freelancing platforms.
  • Support the development of compelling value propositions and proposal frameworks tailored to international clients.
  • Advise on website structure, service positioning, and professional branding to enhance market credibility and lead generation.
  • Share insights on client acquisition workflows, onboarding processes, and scalable service delivery models.
  • Recommend tools, systems, and operational frameworks commonly used in outsourcing businesses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and business goals.

  • Proven experience in business development for KPO, RPO, BPO, or outsourcing services, with direct involvement in client acquisition and revenue generation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage sales pipelines, particularly for international markets such as the US, UK, Australia, or the Middle East.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing business models, pricing structures, and client expectations.
  • Practical knowledge of outbound sales strategies, including cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, partnerships, and referral networks.
  • Ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies that lead to tangible business outcomes.
  • Experience working with or selling services such as accounting outsourcing, recruitment outsourcing, offshore staffing, or back-office support.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a flexible, remote, and entrepreneurial environment.
