Responsibilities

• Translate technical documents, manuals, and related content from English into Basque (Euskara) with accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure that translations meet industry-specific terminology standards and are consistent across projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and linguists to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Perform quality checks to maintain linguistic consistency and adherence to client guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Native proficiency in Basque (Euskara) with excellent command of English.
• Proven experience in translating technical content accurately and effectively.
• Strong knowledge of technical terminology and ability to research industry-specific vocabulary.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with teams remotely.
• SDL Trados Studio required
