Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the construction/building industry in a similar capacity.
Experience selling building products to the construction and building industry.
Knowledge or experience in door hardware/entrance solutions is an advantage but not required.
Full or part qualification in marketing; fluent in English and Sinhala; willingness to travel outstation as needed.

Requirements:

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue in the construction/building sector.
Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities; build and maintain strong client relationships.
Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market needs and achieve targets.
Travel to outstation sites as required and represent the company in client meetings.

Working hours 8.30am to 6.00 PM

Working days Monday to Friday

Working method (online, remote or hybrid) All employees should physically report to office/work
