Power BI Data Analysts Opportunity

Working hours : 09:00 17:30
Working days : Weekdays ( Monday Friday)
Working method: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard and Report Development:

Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for the finance and commercial departments.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and create visualizations that provide actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing rigorous data validation and testing.

Data Analysis:

Provide ad-hoc analysis and generate custom reports to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Data Integration:

Connect and integrate data from various sources, including Xero, HubSpot, internal Google sheets/excel.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance dashboard usability and functionality.
Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data insights.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
Proven experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Experience of remote working with UK teams preferable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service.
Knowledge of finance and commercial business processes is highly desirable.
Certification in Power BI or other relevant certifications.
