Job description


4 Corner Resources is seeking a Brokerage Operations Specialist to support a growing real estate brokerage partner. This position plays a key role in keeping day-to-day brokerage operations running smoothly by managing compliance tasks, supporting agent transitions, and ensuring alignment with licensing and MLS requirements. 

Location: Remote but (Must reside in TX, KS, MT, ND, SD, UT) to be considered. 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Position Type: 3-6 month contract (potential contract-to-hire)
Pay Rate: $21–$24/hr. 


Brokerage Operations Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage agent and office transitions, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate documentation workflows and ensure required forms are properly submitted and approved
  • Partner with brokers and internal teams to keep licensing and compliance processes on track
  • Monitor MLS registrations, dues, and account statuses, helping agents stay in good standing
  • Address compliance-related issues, including MLS notices and listing updates
  • Assist with system access, team setups, and general operational requests
  • Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely resolution
  • Communicate clearly with agents regarding requirements, deadlines, and next steps
  • Maintain organized records of transactions, compliance items, and agent activity
  • Identify process gaps or recurring issues and share feedback to improve workflows
 

Brokerage Operations Specialist Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate operations, brokerage support, compliance, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with MLS platforms, real estate boards, or licensing processes preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
  • High attention to detail, especially when handling documentation and compliance tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or ticketing system
  • Resourceful problem-solver with good judgment on when to escalate issues
