  • Experience in building high-performance, high-concurrency systems at a large tech company
  • Experience in traditional financial markets with high-frequency trading systems (HFT market makers, derivatives exchanges, clearing systems)
  • Experience at leading crypto exchanges working on matching engines and high-concurrency optimizations
  • Experience with low-latency infrastructure and bottom-layer optimization (exchange tech services, financial cloud infrastructure)

Responsibilities

  • Develop high-performance components for the trading engine, including matching logic and high-precision risk controls or fast decision paths, optimizing compute efficiency
  • Build full-chain observability as a first-class product by measuring metrics and monitoring to detect performance degradation and prevent system jitter
  • Contribute to system refactoring and logic optimization, targeting bottlenecks, improving memory layout, reducing context switches, and boosting single-machine throughput
  • Deliver high-quality code and thorough design documentation that withstands code reviews and long-term maintenance

1、大厂中负责高性能，高并发系统的
2、传统金融负责高频交易系统的（HFT 做市商、衍生品交易所、清算系统）
3、Crypto顶级交易所负责撮合引擎和高并发优化的
4、低延迟基础设施（交易所技术服务商、金融云基础设施）负责底层优化的

核心职责
攻坚高性能组件开发：负责撮合逻辑、高精度风控或高速分发行路经的代码实现，压榨每一比特的计算效率。
全链路可观测性建设：将文档与可观测性视为“一等公民”，通过精细的指标监控发现潜在的性能衰减，预防由于微小扰动导致的系统抖动。
参与系统重构与逻辑优化：针对现有架构的瓶颈点进行定向爆破，持续优化内存布局、降低 Context Switch，提升单机吞吐极限。
输出高质量的代码和清晰的设计文档——让每一段实现都经得起code review和时间的考验

理想候选人画像
  • 深耕底层设施的“技术极客”：对低延迟有执念，也懂权衡——知道什么时候该用无锁队列，什么时候该用读锁，也愿意为了一点点性能去抠汇编或者调内核参数
  • 对技术文档有严苛要求：认为清晰的代码逻辑与详尽的技术设计方案是高质量工程的基础，具备极强的代码审美。
  • 自驱且敏锐：对数据和系统指标有天然的敏感度，能主动预判技术风险，而非被动应付 Bug。
