Client Success Manager – Make a Lasting Impact!  

Are you passionate about transforming healthcare and creating meaningful change for women, children, and their families? Become a Client Success Manager and play a pivotal role in ensuring that our health plan clients receive exceptional service—while directly impacting lives every single day. In this individual contribute role, you’ll take independent ownership of client relationships, drive meetings and engagements, create impactful presentations, and champion our mission to deliver better healthcare outcomes. Your problem-solving skills and authority will not only help overcome tough challenges, but also make a real difference in the communities we serve.  



 

What You'll Do:  

  • Lead all aspects of client operations and engagement, acting as the primary advocate for health plan clients. 
  • Coordinate and drive meetings that connect us to our clients’ needs and goals. 
  • Facilitate discussions, ensuring every voice is heard and every solution is considered. 
  • Document actionable steps and share insights that move us forward. 
  • Analyze and organize client change requests, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement. 
  • Be the trusted first point of contact, cultivating strong relationships with client leaders and teams. 
  • Demonstrate expertise in client operations—handling contracts, systems, and performance guarantees with confidence and authority. 
  • Champion our services and value proposition, effectively communicating the impact we deliver to clients and their communities. 
  • Develop and present client-facing materials that highlight operational excellence and innovation. 
  • Ensure the highest quality of client-specific reporting, always aiming for clarity and actionable insights. 
  • Take decisive action and escalate issues as needed to protect and advance our clients’ interests. 



Requirements

 Who You Are:  

  • You’re driven to make a meaningful difference in healthcare for women, infants, and families. 
  • You bring at least 3 years of experience in health plan client success, sales operations, or account management, and thrive on tackling complex challenges. 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • You’re skilled with Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with Salesforce. 
  • You excel in both written and spoken communication, connecting with clients and team members alike. 
  • You’re organized, adaptable, and thrive in environments where priorities shift and you’re empowered to make decisions independently. 
  • You’re a creative problem solver and consensus builder, ready to take authority and drive solutions that matter. 
  • You’re a confident presenter and a collaborative team player. 
  • A clinical background is a plus, but your passion for client success is what sets you apart.
