This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead SAP integration projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business processes.
Design, develop, and oversee integration solutions using SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and other middleware tools.
Collaborate with business and functional leads to gather requirements, define integration strategy, and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure end-to-end integration across SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.) and third-party applications.
Oversee integration testing, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex issues.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to SAP integration team members.
Establish best practices, standards, and governance for SAP integration.
Manage integration documentation, including interface specifications, workflow diagrams, and technical manuals.
Collaborate with SAP Basis, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant integration solutions.
Drive system upgrades, migrations, and landscape transformations from an integration perspective.
Evaluate new SAP integration technologies and tools to improve efficiency and performance.
Act as the primary point of contact for all integration-related escalations and resolution strategies.
Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.
Develop and maintain KPIs and monitoring frameworks for ongoing integration performance and reliability.
Participate in strategic planning, including future roadmap of SAP landscape integration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
15+ years of experience in SAP integration, including SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or middleware technologies.
Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and cloud integration projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, WM, PM, etc.) and business processes.
Hands-on expertise in IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, SOAP/REST APIs, EDI, and file-based integrations.
Proven experience in leading integration teams and large-scale enterprise projects.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Experience with cloud integration platforms, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), is preferred.
