Roles & Responsibilities

  • Smartphone or tablet capable of downloading and using a security token app
  • VOIP hardwired USB headset required for class and servicing (wireless headset not allowed)
  • Must maintain the most recent Windows 11 version with all updates applied
  • Ability to work remotely

Requirements:

  • Handle calls from guests or cast members to make reservations for lodging, dining plans, tickets, air, packages, or to answer general questions about these areas
  • Provide high-level customer service to existing and new guests
  • Match guest wishes and desires with relevant products and services
  • Assist guests with reservation-related needs and inquiries to ensure a positive experience

Job description

This is a remote position.


What to Expect 


• Resorts Reservations are calls from Guests or Cast Members who wish to make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, Packages, or ask general questions about those areas.

• Service Partners will service the Program by providing high-level customer service to existing and new Guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant products and services.

  • A smartphone or tablet that can download an app for a security token

  • VOIP hardwired USB headset is required for class and for servicing (wireless headset is NOT allowed)

  • MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)
