Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (e.g., Biomedical, Biology, Pathology, or Biochemistry) required; MBA or advanced degree (Master's/PhD) highly desirable.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in pathology or clinical diagnostics, with marketing, sales, or applications experience in an international/EMEA context preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of pathology workflows (from histology to AI/digital pathology) and applications such as HE, IHC, and molecular testing; proven strategic execution and project management skills.
  • Excellent English communication and stakeholder-influence abilities; proficient with CRM software, Google Analytics, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.

Requirements:

  • Lead the EMEA pathology marketing strategy by aligning global corporate goals with regional sales priorities.
  • Design and execute integrated marketing programs across the buyer's journey—from awareness to adoption—to generate high-quality leads and drive sales.
  • Act as the cross-functional liaison between Global Product Owners and Regional Sales to ensure messaging reflects field realities.
  • Oversee budget management and program performance metrics to optimize ROI, while ensuring compliance with medical, legal, and IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) regulatory requirements in all campaign materials.

As our Regional Marketing Program Manager for EMEA, you will be the primary engine driving growth for our Pathology portfolio. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can seamlessly bridge global vision with regional execution. You will partner with sales leadership to identify high-priority initiatives, crafting integrated marketing programs that guide customers through every stage of the buyer's journey—from initial awareness to long-term adoption in the clinical diagnostics space.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Lead the EMEA marketing strategy for Pathology by aligning global corporate goals with specific regional sales priorities.
  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Design and execute integrated marketing programs—from initial awareness to customer retention—to drive high-quality leads and sales volume.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between Global Product Owners and Regional Sales teams to ensure product messaging matches field realities.
  • Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor trends and customer data to optimize the sales funnel and keep marketing tactics ahead of the market.
  • Performance & Budgeting: Manage the quarterly marketing budget and track program metrics to ensure a high return on investment (ROI).
  • Compliance & Quality: Oversee all campaign materials to ensure they meet strict medical, legal, and IVD (In-Vitro Diagnostics) regulatory requirements.
  • Sales Enablement: Act as the subject expert matter for pathology workflows, providing the sales force with the technical tools, messaging, and training they need to succeed.
     

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (eg, Biomedical, Biology, Pathology, or Biochemistry) is required. An MBA or advanced degree (Master's/PhD) is highly desirable.
  • Industry Experience: 3–5+ years in pathology or clinical diagnostics. Experience in marketing, sales, or applications—ideally within an international or EMEA-wide context—is preferred.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of pathology workflows (from histology to AI/Digital Pathology) and specific applications like H&E, IHC, and molecular testing.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven ability to turn high-level business goals into successful marketing tactics, supported by strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Communication & Influence: Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders at all levels of a global organization.
  • Adaptability & Drive: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to make quick decisions and thrive under high-pressure, high-visibility conditions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Professional-level skills in CRM software, Google Analytics, and standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
